Remember how I presented to you the other day a dog club featuring dogs with the highest grooming needs? Yeah, the club of notoriously bad dogs for grooming!
Well, I’m not done with clubs! We’re just beginning!
Today, I have another club for you – the club of real, unique beauties. They’re not like the other dogs in the canine kingdom. They’re so beautiful it’s almost too good to be true.
Here’s the club of pooches with unique coat colors, and I’ll let them present themselves to you, one by one!
Remember, it’s an elite club, and they don’t welcome just anyone in.
1. Catahoula Leopard Dog
Bonjour, cher!
I’m Louise, from Louisiana… a real Catahoula Leopard Dog!
Did you know that we’re the official State dog here?
That’s right!
People all over Louisiana love us for our incredibly unique coat.
We’re mostly brown, but speckled with black and gray spots. We have lots of white on our coat, too!
No Catahoula Leopard Dog is the same. We’re all wonderfully unique and beautiful.
Officially, I’m the president of the club of pooches with unique coats.
That’s a title they can’t steal from me.
2. Harlequin Great Dane
Hello, the name is Elizabeth, as in Queen Elizabeth.
Yes, I’m the real queen of this club.
I mean, do you see any other pooch that has a more perfect coat than I have?
I don’t think so.
We, Harlequin Great Danes, are the epitome of elegance. We’re black and white, always dressed up to the dress code.
No, we’re not distant relatives of cows! How dare you say that!

3. Panda German Shepherd
No, my mom is not a panda, and neither is my dad.
My name is Hans, and I’m a purebred German Shepherd, just like my father, my grandfather, my great grandfather, my great-great grandfather… We come from a long line of exceptional German Shepherds, in case you couldn’t tell.
I’m just like any other German Shepherd, but my looks are way more improved.
I know, I’m dashing!
As you can see, my body IS black and tan as with most of my GSD buddies, but my face… Oh, my face is a masterpiece! I belong on the cover of Pup Vogue!
I won’t bother you with percentages, but some say my body is 35% white, usually on my chest, head, legs, and the tip of my tail.
I say I’m a 100% pure beauty, and no one could compare to my beauty… ever!

4. Dalmatian
Oh, don’t listen to that panda mutant! I’m the most uniquely-colored pooch in the world!
What do people think when they see a panda GSD?
Exactly, they don’t know what to think!
But, when they see a handsome Dalmatian, they know exactly which breed they’re looking at.
I’m Marlo – a true example of what a good-looking Dalmatian should be like.
Don’t you love my spotted coat? I know a certain someone that would simply die to wear me around her neck.
Cruella DeVille wasn’t stupid. She knew which dog breed is the most fashionable one ever. That’s why we Dalmatians are still on the run.
Oh, gotta go! I hear her coming after my gorgeously silky spotted coat!

5. Blue Merle Australian Shepherd
G’day, mate!
The name’s Joey, and I’m the one that would steal your breath away and take you to the land down under!
All Australian Shepherds are gorgeous dogs, but us blue merles are something special.
No, we’re ICONIC!
There’s black, white, brown, and gray… And, on top of everything, we have that gorgeous merle coat pattern!
You know what’s my favorite thing about myself?
My piercing blue eyes!
