It’s always heartbreaking to see a dog who is so happy and full of hope suddenly lose all of that when something traumatic happens to him.
Many such pups have usually lived a comfortable and sheltered life, so they are not used to dealing with all of the pain that comes afterward.
The worst-case scenario for these dogs is when they are abandoned by a person they love the most. Many of these dogs will start thinking they are on a break.
However, as time goes on, cruel reality sets in, and they realize that their beloved human is not coming back. That’s essentially what happened in Isabella’s story.
How Did Such A Sweet Dog End Up In A Shelter

Isabella’s life was a completely normal one at first. She had a beautiful home and a loving owner who took care of her. Her life appeared to be going great for this pup until one day.
Everything changed when her owner, who works in the military, had to travel for work and couldn’t take her with him. Knowing this, a tough decision had to be made.
He had to surrender his sweet dog to the shelter in Florida, so she could start her life over with someone else who would give her the affection and attention she deserves.

When she was initially taken to the shelter, her rescuers noticed that she was still a very sweet and hopeful dog. She didn’t seem that sad at first.
She would warmly greet anyone who passed next to her kennel, but as time went on, that slowly changed. Isabella realized that her owner was not coming back.
All of these people who were passing by her ignored her, so she didn’t really seem to care about their presence anymore.
Rescuers Are Still Hoping For Isabella

Days turned into weeks. Isabella’s smile slowly faded away, and she became really depressed. The kennel life changed her completely.
Even though it looks like Isabella might have given up hope, rescuers are still hoping that a special person might bring out the best in her.
She just needs that chance. So far, she was not given one, but nobody is giving up yet. Her rescuers are working tirelessly to find that one special person who will change her life.

Considering she came from a good home, she is a well-mannered dog. She responds to commands and likes to walk on a leash.
Isabella likes chewy toys, and that is a major source of entertainment for her. She’s only two years old, so finding her a home shouldn’t be too difficult.
The rescuers from Florida are hopeful that it won’t take too long to find someone special for her, and I honestly hope that she finds a home as soon as possible.
