Every pet comes with its own unique habits, and for Wile E. Coyote, feathers happen to be the main attraction.
While many dogs focus on snacks or outdoor adventures, Wile E. Coyote has developed a very particular fascination. Not long ago, his caregivers in Louisiana were stunned when he decided to “redecorate” his kennel in the softest, fluffiest way possible.
So, how did it all turn out? Let’s take a closer look.
A Pillow Full Of Feathers Becomes A Playground

Since his arrival at The Louisiana SPCA, Wile E. Coyote has been friendly and affectionate, though he does have a few quirky habits.
His most notable obsession? A feather pillow.

One afternoon, the shelter staff gave him a new pillow, and it wasn’t long before chaos ensued. When the caregivers left for the day, Wile E. Coyote set to work on his “nighttime project.”
He spent hours tearing out feathers and spreading them across his kennel. By morning, the place was covered in fluffy white fluff. The mess was so big that even sweeping couldn’t contain it.
“Sweeping doesn’t work. They still fly,” the SPCA wrote on Facebook.

The best part? Wile E. Coyote didn’t feel the least bit guilty. He stood proudly among his feathery creation, seemingly oblivious to the fact that the humans didn’t quite share his enthusiasm.
Curious And Loving

Aside from his feather obsession, Wile E. Coyote is an outstanding dog. He’s an explorer at heart, always eager to check out new places and sniff out every hidden corner, making him a perfect adventure companion.
But when the day winds down, Wile E. Coyote shows his affectionate side, becoming a loyal and loving companion.
“Wile E. Coyote is also a loyal and affectionate companion. He adores spending time with his human friends, eagerly seeking out affectionate pats and belly rubs,” the rescue added.
His unique personality makes him the center of attention wherever he goes.
Though he currently lives with his foster family, Wile E. Coyote is ready for his forever home, one that will embrace all his quirks, including his love of feathers.
Here’s hoping he finds it soon!
