Starved for Attention
As soon as the rescue team approached, it was clear that the dog was craving human interaction.

To Kris’s delight, the two dogs bonded incredibly quickly, becoming fast friends in only about an hour.

“He loves life. You wouldn’t even know he was abused,” Kris shared, noting that everything seems like a joy to him.
He has learned how to sit on command and is always thrilled to see Kris come home.
After just a couple of weeks of fostering this sweet, loving guy, Kris knew she had to adopt him, giving Oscar the perfect forever home he always deserved.
