Dogs are often known for being naturally friendly, charming nearly everyone who crosses their path. They may give their deepest loyalty to one or two favorite humans, but their hearts still seem big enough to share affection far and wide.
Still, too many changes can weigh heavily on them. Moving from one place to another can leave a dog feeling lost, confused, and unsure, even if they still look cheerful on the outside. That truth became painfully clear when a woman in California got a call about a dog who had been left by himself near a neighborhood park. She went there immediately, not knowing that what she was about to discover would stay with her long after the rescue was over.
