Virginia Dog Has The Most Hilarious Method For Avoiding Baths, And You’ll Love It

Seriously? More cleaning? Again?

I feel squeaky like a rubber ducky.

Must… find… some… dirt… fast!

Must… get… this… fluffy white coat… nice and filthy…

Nugget never had trouble making his snow-white fur messy. The moment he spotted the lawn, he knew freedom was calling.

And that, in his mind, would teach his mom a lesson about all those endless baths!

Meet Nugget, The Green Trouble-Maker

Nugget lives in Richmond, Virginia, on a charming little micro farm with his human parents, twin sisters, Labrador sister Ellie, and a flock of hens. Country life suits him perfectly. With his boundless energy, there’s plenty of room for zoomies and endless adventures.

Of course, farm life isn’t exactly spotless. If you’re a white-coated pup like Nugget, every step outdoors is a gamble — mud, chicken droppings, or freshly cut grass await at every corner.

And Nugget is anything but tidy. He’s a dog who absolutely loves getting messy.

The one thing he despises? Baths.

Unfortunately for him, his mom Jennah is a neat freak and can’t help but keep him clean. Whenever Nugget tries to revel in the dirt, she’s right there to scoop him up for a quick wash.

Still, Nugget finds joy even in the smallest mess — like dipping his cute little snout into mud puddles.

But when mom inevitably catches him, oh boy, the grumpiest face comes out.

Nugget’s Greatest Transformation Yet

One day, determined to get back at mom for all those dreaded sink baths, Nugget pulled off the ultimate act of rebellion.

Nobody expected the tiny pup to come up with such an outrageous idea.

Nobody could believe how messy he managed to get.

Nugget transformed before everyone’s eyes.

He wasn’t just dirty — he turned into a little Hulk.

Or maybe a furry Grinch.

Or even Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street.

That’s right. Nugget rolled head-to-toe in freshly cut grass until his pristine white coat turned bright green.

Needless to say, his mom wasn’t amused. Grass stains are hard enough to clean off clothes — now imagine scrubbing them out of a fluffy dog’s coat!

It took some serious effort, but Nugget was eventually washed clean. With the help of dish soap — in true desperation — the stains were gone. Of course, his mom knows the proper shampoos for dogs, but that day called for emergency tactics.

And Nugget’s face said it all: I regret nothing.

A Farm Dog Through And Through

Although the stains washed away, Nugget’s joy in those silly green moments remains. Living on the farm with his family, there’s no shortage of opportunities for new adventures.

Chances are, the next time dad mows the lawn, Nugget will once again find himself rolling around, determined to transform into his mischievous green self.

Until then, he’s enjoying his country life, zoomies, mud puddles, and, of course, plotting against bath time.
