North Carolina Woman Was Jogging With Her Dogs When An Unexpected Guest Joined In

Ali Tisdall resides on a farm in Spring Creek, a small town in Madison County, North Carolina, where she cares for a wide variety of animals.

Though she loves all animals, dogs have always been closest to her heart. That passion led her to start a rescue group focused on helping dogs in her local area.

Her small rescue effort eventually grew into a larger project, including the launch of an online store called Pretty Sweet Acres  for farmers and farm enthusiasts.

But the most unexpected and entertaining part of her work began not long after she added goats to the farm.

What Is Going On!?

Many of the dogs Ali rescued in Spring Creek ended up becoming permanent members of her furry family.

One day, she took her dogs for a run along the country road, expecting a peaceful outing.

But when she glanced behind her, she was stunned to see that her goats had joined the jog, trailing right behind her and the dogs.

Ali immediately recorded the amusing moment and uploaded it to her Instagram, @prettysweetacres.

“I guess I run with goats now 🐐,” she wrote in the caption of the video.

In the video itself, we can hear Ali saying, “My goats won’t stop following me, you gotta be kidding,” as she continues running, laughing at the surreal experience.

During the run, curious animals peek out from fences to watch them pass by, while confused drivers steer wide to avoid the unusual scene, likely wondering, “What is going on here!?

When they finally reached the end of the route, Ali realized the spontaneous jog with her goats was one of the most memorable moments she’d ever had.

Plenty of drivers passing through Madison County, North Carolina that day witnessed the surprising sight firsthand.

And once Ali shared the video online, thousands more around the world got to enjoy it too.

“This is hilarious 😂,” one user wrote, while the other added: “The dogs are wondering why the goats get to be off leash 😂.”

“This is the only run club I want to be a part of,” another user wrote.

Inspired by the experience, Ali officially created the Goat Run Club—the most entertaining part of Pretty Sweet Acres. While it may have started as a fluke, it’s safe to say more people will be lining up to run with goats after watching her video.
