Sadly, seeing abandoned animals on the streets is no longer rare. For many people dedicated to saving lives, this has become part of their everyday reality.
One of those people is Christina, a compassionate ER nurse from Texas. She has saved countless lives through her career, but this particular week stood out from the rest.
It began with her spotting a fawn separated from its mother. She quickly stepped in and moved it to safety. Just days later, she found a helpless kitten and welcomed it into her home.
