It’s pretty hilarious when our dogs start acting mischievous, only to end up breaking something as a result. Sometimes, they do it on purpose as well.
I can remember many instances where something like this happened to my dog. He had a habit of finding a place to hide whenever something like this happened.
I guess the guilt got to him. Even though we never really took it seriously, his reactions were always pretty funny. He was a sweet dog who just didn’t like the thought of us being mad at him.
Well, today, we will talk about this owner from Texas who noticed that something was off in her house, only to realize that not everything was what it seemed.
It’s The Usual Suspect
When this woman finally analyzed the situation, she found out that someone had chewed on her shoe. The list of suspects was pretty short.
It could only be her dog, Quando, who did this heinous act without caring for how it affected his owner. But, no, seriously, it was funny.
She went to her dog to confront him, but he quickly realized why she was coming up to him, so he got into an unusual position.
He hugged the entire wall, with his head facing up. His eyes looked as guilty as ever. His owner asked him why he did something like this.
She also noted how Quando actually has so many toys to play with in the house, but somehow, he always chooses to chew on things he’s not supposed to.
His owner doesn’t really mind that he does this. She finds it pretty funny when something like this happens. It’s always a cause for a laugh.
Well, The Internet Was Surprised
As can be expected, this hysterical moment couldn’t go without being recorded, so Quando’s owner made sure to capture it.
After it went up on her TikTok channel, people shared many hilarious comments on the video.
One person commented: “No evidence No case let my boy free because you are clearly framing him that shoe was from 2018.”
See? Now, this is how you present the case. There is a chance that it really is a shoe from 2018, and it might have been somebody else’s. I guess we’ll never know.
Another person said: “If he was home alone, he chewed it bc he missed you. It had your scent on it.”
Now, this puts a wholesome spin on things. Yeah, maybe it’s possible that really is the reason. I wouldn’t be surprised at all.
Lastly, somebody commented: “I noticed my dog stopped chewing my shoes when he gets proper stimulation, long walks, lots of outside play time. Get them really tired, they’ll stop destructive behaviour.”
Yeah, this is a possibility. All dogs need stimulation, but some need it more than others, so it’s important to be aware of our dogs’ needs and try to help them by taking them on walks or playdates more often.
