While she was away, her dog apparently got into trouble, and her roommate decided to take matters into her own hands by putting him in “timeout.”

But the funniest part wasn’t just seeing her dog in the crate—it was what happened next.
After reading the note, the owner laughed and walked over to her dog, asking, “Did you do it?”

“Now I gotta bail him out.”
Soon after, the dog was released from his “sentence” and curled up in her lap. He had served his time and earned some comfort.
