“I had to use this life jacket for Steve because he was too small to fit in his harness, and it’s like this really strong Velcro. As I was driving back to Colorado, he was on the floor of the car and didn’t move for hours,” she said in the video.
When Meghan leaned closer to investigate, she uncovered the truth: Steve had accidentally Velcroed himself to the car floor.
The discovery was hilarious, and Meghan captured it on video. Once posted online, the clip quickly went viral, turning Steve into a TikTok sensation.
