Texas Woman Found A Stray Dog Who Kept Coming To Her Porch Only To Realize He Had One More Surprise

On the internet, people often talk about the cat distribution system and puppy distribution system, by extension.

The question is: how often do people run into situations like that? I know it hasn’t happened to me so far, and I certainly wouldn’t mind if it did.

However, many people end up in a situation where they will meet a puppy or a kitten who is begging for their help, and it’s always wholesome to see when they decide to adopt it.

This family from Texas was baffled after realizing there was a stray dog on their porch, so they decided to do something about it.

Well, Who Is The New Guest?

When Meagan first saw the stray dog, she was surprised because the area where she lives is usually not filled with strays and most people own dogs.

At first, she assumed that the pup belonged to somebody, so she didn’t really bother to do anything about it.

The idea was that he would just run back home when he got bored. However, that did not happen and the pup was still there when the family went to work the next day.

In fact, he looked so happy to see them, like he was trying to tell them something. After coming back from work, he was waiting for them.

Then, the family went to ask around and they were able to confirm that the pup did not actually belong to anybody and was likely a stray.

So, the kind family took him into their home and it was just amazing to see how quickly he adapted to this new life.

Roman Has A Friend

He started showing his less serious side and would goof around all the time. It’s not clear if he lived in a home previously, but he was well-behaved from the start.

Then one day out of the blue, they came back home again only to see that their new dog had brought a friend. It was a stray cat.

At first, she realized that she couldn’t keep her, but that didn’t last very long. After a few hours, she just kind of let her in the house.

The dog, now named Roman, has settled in the home really well, but the kitten doesn’t really stay in one place much.

She likes to go outside, spend her days on adventures and then come back to the house whenever it’s mealtime or playtime with Roman.

I guess when it comes to the cat and dog distribution system, this family from Texas got the best of both worlds and they were so lucky to have them.

It’s really wholesome to see that they ended up fostering both of these furry animals and I am so glad to see they get to go on adventures every day because of their amazing fosters.
