“We thought he was an ordinary pup… until he activated full-blown chaos mode. We think he made the entire Atlanta shelter evacuate just to get your attention. Come adopt him so he can finally chill,” the Atlanta Humane wrote on Instagram.
The clip quickly went viral, spreading laughter and delight far beyond the shelter walls.
