Sometimes life sends us surprises exactly when we need them most. They brighten our mood and remind us of the small wonders around us.
Something like that happened to Cassidy, a woman living in Florida. She returned home from work completely unaware of the surprise, waiting for her by the door.
After a hectic day at work, Cassidy couldn’t wait to relax at home.
As she stepped onto the porch, a strange feeling washed over her. She felt as if someone was watching.
She glanced around her and everything appeared normal. However, when she looked at the frog statue placed by the front door, Cassidy noticed that there was something odd about it.
A Heartwarming Surprise

It didn’t take long for Cassidy to realize that a tiny creature was hiding inside the statue.
“As I was walking in after work, exhausted, I had to stop and drop everything to take a photo,” Cassidy told The Dodo.
The woman took a better look inside the frog statue’s mouth only to find a pair of eyes staring back at her.
She was shocked to realize that the little animal sitting inside was in fact a living frog.
The little frog must have sought refuge from recent Florida rainstorms and found it inside the hollow interior of a statue.

Cassidy, a frog enthusiast, was delighted with the little surprise.
“It was just too cute and funny. Just a perfect and silly photo op,” Cassidy added.
Meeting the little amphibian was just what she needed after a long day at work. The sweet encounter brightened her mood and warmed her heart.
On the other hand, the frog seemed unbothered and continued staring. It didn’t try to jump out of the statue, seeming perfectly content with its shelter.
Temporary Visit Or A Long-Term Stay?

Cassidy would be happy if the frog decided to live full-time in the statue. It would be cool to have it as a neighbor.
“I would love if he made it his permanent home,” Cassidy said.

However, it’s still not clear what the frog’s plans are or how long it intends to stay.
If it only knew how much joy its visit brought Cassidy, perhaps it would decide to make the statue its permanent home.
We can only hope that even if the frog eventually moves out, it will continue visiting Cassidy, spending relaxing moments inside the statue and bringing smiles whenever it visits.
