Theo had been part of his California family since he was a puppy, and from the start, Ingelson and her husband made sure he felt completely loved and at home.
As he grew, the Siberian Husky turned into a strong, playful dog with a special bond to his young human brother. The two became constant companions, sharing their days like best friends.

The Protective Big Brother
Ingelson’s husband discovered that Theo had become more vocal because he sensed Ingelson was pregnant. Somehow, he seemed to know a baby was on the way and wanted his future sibling to recognize his voice.
Theo’s behavior began to shift. Not only did he become louder, but he also became more protective and attentive toward Ingelson. He followed her around everywhere, ensuring her safety.
Sometimes, he would rest his head on her belly or gently lick it, as though showing affection for the baby even before they met.

While Ingelson was at the hospital, Theo stayed home, waiting patiently.

He carefully sniffed her and immediately seemed to understand that this little human was now part of his pack.

Every afternoon, Theo eagerly waited by the door, wagging his tail as soon as he heard the school bus arrive. It was clear that seeing his best friend again was always the highlight of his day.
