Counihan noted that taking care of Louie made him more appreciative of his parents, because taking care of this puppy was difficult.
Shortly after, Counihan posted a short video on his TikTok channel, jokingly thanking whoever left the dog under a bench, because the puppy changed their lives.
Not only that, Louie is living his best life and is surrounded by people who actually care about him. Everyone on TikTok has shown support for this beautiful puppy.
Counihan also encouraged people to donate to their local animal shelter because it can help reduce the stray dog problem.
