Theo, a Siberian Husky, arrived at his forever home in California when he was just a puppy.
His parents, Ingelson and her husband, adored him and showered him with love.
The delightful pup grew up into a gorgeous dog. He spent his days hanging out with his little brother. The two of them were inseparable.
Although Huskies are vocal dogs, Theo was quiet and calm. He enjoyed his walks, relaxed on the sofa, and went on about his day without howling.
One day, out of the blue, Theo’s parents noticed that he started howling.
At first, Ingelson was puzzled by Theo’s sudden change of behavior. When her husband figured out the reason why their Husky was acting differently, they were stunned.
The Best Brother Ever

Ingelson’s husband realized that Theo became more vocal when he noticed that Ingelson was pregnant. The doggo wanted his tiny human to know his voice.
Not only did Theo become more vocal, but he also became more protective of his mom. He was always by her side, making sure she was alright.

When he cuddled with her, the doggo licked her belly, showing his love to the baby before she was born.
Nine months later, the happiest day for all family members arrived – the baby girl was born.
Theo was at home, awaiting the moment when he would finally meet his little sister.

When Ingelson and her husband brought the baby home, Theo howled as he looked at his tiny human lying in her car seat. It was his way of greeting her and telling her, “Welcome home.”
Theo approached her and sniffed her gently.
From that day on, the wonderful Husky was always next to his baby sister. He was extremely gentle and caring. He didn’t let her out of his sight and took care of her as much as he could.
A Heartwarming Bond

Ingelson recalled that the adorable Husky had been extremely affectionate and protective of Ingelson while she was pregnant with his first child.
Theo built a heartwarming bond with their son when he was a little baby.
At the time, the couple wasn’t surprised because their beloved doggo had always been affectionate and caring.
When his brother started going to school, the doggo missed him a lot and couldn’t wait for him to return home.

Luckily, the Husky’s little sister was there to keep him company. She felt safe next to her best friend, who sat by her side, offering her to lean on him whenever she wanted.
Theo’s howls soothed the baby, who felt like the center of the world.

It’s safe to say that the California doggo couldn’t be happier now that he has a baby sister by his side and his three-year-old best friend.
