When our puppies are still small, it’s always fun to speculate how they will look when they grow up. Normally, it’s easy to conclude just based on the breed.
However, some small distinctions make every dog unique, and that’s what typically matters in the end.
Even though my pup was a German Shepherd, I have to admit I was completely baffled by how he looked when he grew up. There are always some small things that make them stand out.
When this owner from Florida first got her pup, she made a hilarious prediction about how he would look, only to be completely stunned.
The Resemblance Is Uncanny
When Danielle Mark first adopted her Great Dane, Scooby, she had no idea how he would look when he grew up. However, she might have subconsciously guessed it.
As her pup continued to change, one of her friends noticed that he started looking like Scooby from the Scooby-Doo cartoon when he was 6 months old.
Upon looking at her dog, she realized that the resemblance was uncanny, and he did, in fact, remind her of that same dog.
Soon after, she would take her dog out for a walk, and she noticed that one of the boys told her that he liked her ‘Scooby-Doo dog.’
To make things even more interesting, he is a very outgoing and affectionate dog who enjoys being around other people.
At one point, someone even asked her if she stole the dog from Shaggy, and she couldn’t contain her laughter at that question.

Now that Scooby is 2 years old, the owner from Florida made it her task to post about him as often as she could because she had the feeling that people would like to see this adorable pup.
And, what do you know, Scooby actually became a celebrity on TikTok. Danielle even posted the video where she mentioned the resemblance to the cartoon version of Scooby.
One person commented: “You need to dress up as daphne for halloween and take scooby with you.”
Now, that is actually a great idea. It’s hilarious how well this would work, and I have no doubt that it would draw so much attention from everyone.
Another person said: “I can’t believe you live with a real celebrity. I hope you got their pawtigraph.”
I have to admit, it would almost be surreal if I got a chance to live with a dog like this. Every day, you are reminded of the fact that you have a real-life version of Scooby in your home.
Lastly, somebody commented: “Idk with a marmaduke is but I know a scooby doo when I see one.”
Now that somebody is mentioning it, he does actually look a lot like Marmaduke. Oh well, he is just great at imitating other celebrities.
Nevertheless, seeing this wholesome video shows us just how popular Scooby is and how much a cartoon can influence the life we live in. And, it happens in more ways than one.
