One dog owner from Minnesota recently faced this dilemma when she returned home from work — and it was a “big one.”
While she was away, her beloved pooch allegedly misbehaved in more ways than one, and her roommate had no choice but to put him in “timeout”.
His momma, both caught off guard and in stitches from the sight, couldn’t help but share this hilarious moment with her followers!
He Was So Embarrassed
No matter what they do or how much they misbehave, we just can’t be mad at our furry friends… especially when they make that “guilty as charged” face.
This Minnesota owner shares the same philosophy, so when she came home from work one day, she was anything but disappointed by her tiny dog’s actions. Even more so, she cracked up immediately!
Instead of waiting for her at the door like he usually does, this time, her dog was sitting in the crate. The reason? He committed “a crime,” and her roommate did the best she could: she put the dog in “jail” and explained her actions in the most hilarious note:
The note read:
“CRIME: Getting riled up by a noise no one else can hear and peeing on the carpet.”
Well, isn’t that a punishable act? I think so!
However, the funny part wasn’t even finding her beloved pooch in the crate. It was the scene that followed!
Upon reading the note, the owner started laughing while approaching the dog and asking him, “Did you do it?”
His facial expression said it all. The pup instantly shifted his ears down, as if saying “Yes, and I’m sorry!”
The woman caught the entire scene on video and shared it on her TikTok, with the description reading:
“Now I gotta bail him out.”
Before long, the pup was “freed” and in his mom’s lap again. I mean, he did his time after all. So, he deserved some comfort!
