Everyone knows that dogs at a daycare can be full of energy when they are just running around and enjoying their time with other pups.
However, even they can reach their limit every once in a while and need a break from all of it. Usually, by the end of the day, most of them just fall asleep until their owners come to pick them up.
But, there are exceptions to every rule, and there certainly was one in this story that we will talk about.
These New Hampshire daycare workers were in complete shock after realizing something hilarious about one of the dogs that was there.
How Is He Still Awake
It was a long day at Granite State Dog Center for dogs who were enjoying their time in the company of other dogs.
They were playing pretty much the entire day. Eventually, it all caught up to them, and they just couldn’t do it anymore, so pretty much all of them fell asleep, except one dog.
When the daycare staff checked the cameras, they were completely surprised that one of the dogs was still on his feet and ready to play with his friends.
And what do you know, it was a German Shepherd. The staff was a bit surprised, but even they knew that this breed is high energy, which would explain the situation.
He was not ready to end the party, so he just kind of looked around to see if anybody was supporting him on his quest for more fun.
The simple answer to that would be no. The German Shepherd realized that he was on his own in this one.
Surprising Reactions
Shortly after the New Hampshire staff recorded this funny moment, they shared it with everyone on their TikTok channel. Everyone was baffled by this dog’s reaction.
One person commented: “Awww everyone is just DONE and buddy is just hanging out like you guys ready for round 84??”
He has a lot more energy in him that he is willing to spend with his friends, but they are not like him unfortunately.
Another person said: “As a GSD mom, I can attest this is absolutely accurate.”
I used to be a GSD owner as well, and yeah, I can confirm that this is true. I’ve never known my dog to be anything other than high energy and excited to play all the time.
Lastly, somebody commented: “Oh man not mine at home he’d be snoozing like the rest of them but yeah at camp he just goes goes goes.”
Well, I think it’s safe to say that the dog was probably conserving his energy for the party because he wanted to play with his friends.
Nevertheless, this brief moment captured on camera just shows how different certain breeds can be, and how sometimes we have to adapt to their behaviors in order to help them live a more fulfilling life.
