Being left behind is never easy, especially when everyone you know is moving on to something new.

That was the reality for a puppy named Gigi. While her siblings were adopted into caring families, she remained behind at a Pennsylvania shelter.
One by one, her littermates left the kennel, each heading off to a new life filled with attention, playtime, and comfort. Gigi stayed where she was, unsure why she was the only one still waiting.

“All of her littermates have been scooped up into loving homes, but sweet little Gigi is still here, all alone, and we just cannot understand why,” the Pennsylvania rescue wrote on Facebook.

In a video shared by the rescue, she lay curled on a blanket in the corner of her kennel, watching quietly as people moved nearby. Her posture showed sadness and confusion.
