A Good Samaritan Rescued An Injured Dog And Took Care Of Her Until The Rescuers Arrived

I’ve always enjoyed seeing stories where complete strangers meet a stray dog and don’t hesitate for even a second to help.

When they figure things out, they call for help so that the pups can receive proper medical help from professionals.

This is all it takes. A simple gesture of kindness and a call to the proper authorities is what a person needs to do to help a dog in need.

We should all strive to be more like that. In this instance, a Good Samaritan noticed a seriously injured dog and rushed to help her as much as he could before other help arrived.

When the rescuers from Hope For Paws heard about the incident with the stray pup, they drove immediately to that location in California.

They got there in no time and the Good Samaritan was waiting for them. He led them to a small house he prepared for the dog.

She was very scared of seeing strangers, but they had to help her. He approached her very carefully and tried to examine her injuries.

When it became clear that she would not get out on her own, the rescuer placed a Lucky Leash on her and she was surprisingly calm during the whole thing.

When the rescuer tried to get her out of her little house, he had no idea about the severity of her injuries.

The Good Samaritan told him that she was hit by a car somewhere in the area and had a broken pelvis.

The rescuers were heartbroken to hear that, but this meant that he had to hasten the entire rescue mission.

She needed help fast. The dog, now named Turtllini, was rushed to a veterinarian clinic in California so she could receive help.

Turtllini was given a bath first, and the veterinarians were careful to dry her because she had a broken pelvis.

The veterinarians decided to do an X-ray to see exactly how the bone was broken. When they had the results, the vets decided to perform surgery on her.

Everything went smoothly, and she was already on her way to recovery. Turtllini was healing really fast, and everything was going great.

She was already becoming really playful, and her tail would wag whenever her rescuers were around her. It was clear that she was so grateful to everyone who helped her.

They had to figure out a way to help her find a home. For the time being, they were able to secure her a foster home with the Safe Rescue Team who will care for her.

While we don’t know if she has found a home yet, she is in safe hands, and everyone is caring for her well.

I am glad Turtllini got a second chance to prove that she is worthy of someone’s love, and I hope she finds someone truly special.
