Doggy daycares truly offer a wonderful experience for dogs. While there, they get to spend their day interacting with other pups.
Another perk is that the staff often plans fun activities, making it an enjoyable time for all the dogs.
Some pups get so enthusiastic about going to daycare that they wind up doing some pretty funny things.
When one dog mom brought her pup, Chessie, to her favorite daycare in Michigan, the dog’s happiness was off the charts. But what she did next took her mom completely by surprise.
Definitely Didn’t See That Coming

Chessie could barely contain her excitement, and the moment they arrived at Doggy Daycare and Spa, the first thing she did was leap right over the counter to greet her favorite employee.
Her owner couldn’t stop laughing, completely caught off guard by her dog’s over-the-top greeting.
Makenzy Burman, the manager at the daycare, explained that this wasn’t totally out of character. Chessie visits the facility three times a week and always gives her a special hello.

Usually, she’ll walk around the counter to greet her nicely, but this time, the excitement took over. It wasn’t shocking to see her jump over it.
Although Burman didn’t expect to be greeted quite like that, she has seen plenty of different excited reactions from dogs over the years.
Really, all it shows is just how much the dogs love their time at the daycare and how well they’re treated while they’re there.
The Internet Reacts

Because the moment was so funny, the team at the Doggy Daycare and Spa in Michigan posted the CCTV clip on their Facebook page.
The video quickly got a lot of attention, and people were eager to chime in with their thoughts on the dog’s enthusiastic entrance.
One person commented: “The way she nonchalantly moved her coffee tells me she’s a pro at being greeted by the dogs this way.”
That stood out to me too, and I had no doubt it wasn’t the first time something like this had happened to her.

Another person said: “How do you know your babies are being cared for without knowing they’re being cared for? They leave mom and jump the counter to give the daycare lady kisses!”
If I was looking for reassurance that the pups are well-loved at this daycare, that comment certainly did it.
Finally, another person added: “As a doggie daycare worker I can tell you this is a normal greeting and we are never upset about it.”
There you have it. It’s comforting to know that daycare workers genuinely care for dogs and are happy to be greeted like that.
