Beyond the basics like food, shelter, and water, dogs thrive on the love and attention of their favorite humans.
Research also shows that having a furry sibling can be beneficial for a dog’s emotional health, offering companionship and daily play.
But just like humans, dogs sometimes hit a breaking point with their siblings.
That’s exactly what one Nashville, Tennessee pup hilariously demonstrated when his baby sister pushed him too far with her noisy antics.
One Look Said Everything
Harvey, a three-year-old Corgi, lives with his owners, Janice and Will, in Nashville. Recently, their family grew when they welcomed Frankie, a puppy under one year old.
Harvey clearly adores his little sister, but her behavior often tests his patience and he’s not shy about showing it.
“Harvey is a very expressive boy so he’s always reacting in fun ways to Frankie,” Janice said in her interview for Newsweek.
One of those reactions was captured in a TikTok video shared by his parents on their account, @that.corgi.harvey.
In the clip, Harvey glances nervously behind him as Frankie squeaks a toy nonstop, clearly getting on his nerves.
Then, he turns to the camera with a look that perfectly sums up his feelings.
“When your little sister has you at wits’ end,” it is written in the video, while the caption reads: “Harvey has had ENOUGH.”
Harvey may not have been amused, but viewers certainly were.
TikTok Reacts With Laughter
As expected, the video quickly gained traction on TikTok. The comment section lit up with hilarious reactions.
“He’s ready to take a hostage.” one user wrote.
“Harvey:👁👁do something or I will.” another user wrote.
And the third joked: “Harvey is contemplating catching a charge 👀😂”
Though Harvey may have briefly regretted having a baby sister, it’s safe to say he cooled off quickly and their bond remains strong.
Still, Janice and Will might want to reconsider future toy purchases to keep the peace.
