You know, in all my years as a dog owner, I never quite figured out why dogs seem to love tearing up the things we keep around the house.
It’s like they already know they’ll be in trouble, but in the moment, they don’t seem to care. They’re enjoying themselves, and the consequences come later.
My own dog used to chew up everything, so we had to keep things out of his reach as much as possible. Still, that doesn’t compare to what happened here.
This Kentucky delivery driver was simply going about his workday, dropping off packages, when he spotted something unusual attached to one of them.
An Unexpected Message

When this driver is out making deliveries, one of his favorite parts of the job is running into people’s dogs and cats, who are usually excited to greet him.
He’s never had any trouble with someone’s pet, and it’s always been a highlight of the day. But something about this delivery stood out.
He came across a peculiar note advising him not to leave the package where the dog could get to it.
Once he reached the home, a friendly dog greeted him at the door, clearly hoping for some pets or maybe a treat. The driver was more than happy to oblige.

He pulled out the package and followed the detailed instructions to place it on top of a blue car, where it would be out of the dog’s reach.
By now, it was pretty clear to the delivery driver that the dog, Hank, had a habit of chewing up packages. The note had been left to avoid that happening again.
Despite this, Hank was incredibly charming. The driver thought he was a sweet, lovable pup, and it was hard to imagine him causing any trouble.
Still, he wasn’t about to ignore the warning. He did exactly as instructed and continued on his way.
Hank May Be Mischievous, But He’s Loved

Later on, after finishing his shift, the Kentucky delivery driver posted a video about Hank on TikTok, and it quickly gained a lot of attention.
People online fell for Hank’s personality right away and left comments about the claims made in the note.
One person wrote, “Hank is being framed! He’s innocent.”
Now, the evidence against Hank seems solid, but with that big personality and charm, it’s not hard to see why people might take his side.
Another person said: “Hank 100% hurt his foot jumping up to get into trouble.”
That might be true, but it’s best not to jump to conclusions about Hank’s guilt.

Lastly, somebody shared their thoughts and commented: “My dog ate my senior pictures. I found them all over the yard.”
As a dog owner myself, I can confirm that this kind of thing just happens. Why do they do it? I still don’t know. But one thing’s for sure: our dogs are lovable little troublemakers.
Even though Hank can be destructive, his owners don’t mind. They adore him in spite of the packages he’s managed to ruin.
This short video is a good reminder to keep important items away from curious pups, but also not to take it too seriously when they get into a little mischief.
