They’re not only amazing and loyal as companions, but if you give them enough time and space – they’re gonna become the family’s biggest showmakers – and without a doubt, you’re gonna fall in love with their sassy nature!
This particular Chocolate Lab, Ollie, has his own way of entertaining the entire family with his own, special activity jar!

Mom Will Do Whatever He Picks Out
Ollie has always had an adventurous Lab spirit, and he just loves to explore new things, which gave Alex, Ollie’s owner, the greatest idea in the world!
She made her Lab his very own, special activity jar filled with Ollie’s favorite activities, and every Saturday – she lets him pick one himself.
“I’m not very good at making decisions. I thought it would be a really fun way to somehow get Ollie to make the decision for me,” says Alex.
In no time, Ollie fell in love with the whole concept of the activity jar, and he just can’t get enough of it!
This fabulous duo has a variety of pawesome activities together, such as field trips, play dates, beach time, costume parties, and going to a pet store and picking out new toys and treats with Ollie’s own pocket money.
Every week, Ollie has the opportunity to choose one of his favorite activities to do – and his momma is more than happy to oblige.
In fact, once the activity from the jar is picked – there’s no going back, even if it means going to the beach in the middle of winter!
With Ollie picking his own favorite things to do, he and Alex have the time of their lives together!
Alex, Ollie, And Tato – The Pawfect Trio
Recently, Alex decided to bring another Lab into her pawtastic family – a baby boi named Tato! The fun thing is that she actually let Ollie pick the name for him from his activity jar! She put in the list of cool names for the puppy and Ollie picked the name, “Tato!”
“I thought it would be really, really fun to let Ollie actually choose the puppy’s name out of his activity jar,” says Alex.
With Tato in the house, this little family has never had more fun in their life! Ollie bonded with his new baby brother in no time, and now all three of them get to do all the fun things from the activity jar together!
“The activity jar has given me the opportunity to bond with the boys and spend as much time as I possibly can with them. Even if my week has not been very good and I’ve been really, really busy, I know at the weekend I would always have that time that it’s just for me, and Ollie and Tato,” says Alex.
One thing is for sure – the trio will definitely preserve their little ritual for as long as possible!
