The family started speaking Spanish, and the moment they said “Siéntate,” Eclipse’s ears instantly perked up.
“Oh, this whole time you didn’t even speak English!” his rescuer realized with a laugh.

Her husband and his family often use a specific Mexican whistle to get the dogs’ attention.
The moment her husband whistled, Eclipse came running right to him, his tail finally wagging.
“This is a different dog now,” she said. He finally felt like he could be comfortable and safe in his new house.

Today, Eclipse is the perfect energy for their family, bringing joy to everyone he meets.
