Orca was one of the dogs waiting for that moment. After years of hardship, she finally got it when the South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter came forward and gave her the lifeline she needed.
A Foster Home Full of Hope
As the holiday season approached, Haley Jeannotte wanted to make a difference by fostering a dog. She connected with a New Jersey rescue and found Orca waiting for her.
